Despite the nippy temperatures, I rode my bicycle today.

We went to Harold Town Conservation Area to check out the trails. In this cold weather, the trails were pretty challenging for us, especially on the curves. We rode the trail UpTown up the hill and Breakwall down (and I recommend going the other direction) and saw many dogs and walkers. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully when it’s warmer and there’s more light.

We went on a cycling adventure in Prince Edward County via bicycle today. At a winery, I snapped this shot, a little old (milk house of a dairy farm) meets new (converted to a winery tasting room and restaurant with a satellite link). We headed to the beach with a few stops at wineries and got poured on there. After that, we cycled back to Wellington, and got poured on while en route again! We topped off the afternoon with a nice meal at a new restaurant with friendly owners who didn’t mind damp patrons.
